The Northridge Vikings displayed resilience and determination in their Friday night game, ultimately succumbing to a 40-3 defeat against Heath in conference play.

The matchup occurred on October 17, 2025, at Heath High School. The Vikings demonstrated potential through several strong drives. Running back Collin Matheson led the team with 88 rushing yards on 13 carries, while Jayce Golden contributed an additional 30 yards on the ground. Their efforts consistently penetrated the Bulldogs’ defense.

According to the game statistics, senior Ty Koehler efficiently managed the offense by completing six out of fifteen passes for a total of 45 yards. He also maintained composure under pressure in the pocket. On special teams, senior Charlie Kinkead successfully executed a 36-yard field goal to score for the Vikings and handled punting and kickoff duties effectively — including a notable 60-yard kick and a 47-yard punt.
